SCHENECTADY, NY -  Junior Lauren Main broke a 4-4 tie with a three-set No. 4 singles victory to help the women's tennis team (3-1) earn a dual match victory over SUNY Plattsburgh (5-3). Main won her match 6-2, 2-6, 6-2, rallying for the win after a medical timeout following the second set.

In singles play, freshman Hannah Webster (No. 1 singles), junior Samantha Muratori (No. 5 singles) and freshman Kate Collins (No. 6 singles) also earned wins, while the No. 3 doubles combination of freshman Hayley Lough and Muratori earned an 8-3 match victory.

Unoin will take on Castleton State next Thursday at 4:00 p.m. in its next match.
