TROY, N.Y. – Sophomore outfielder Stuart Buxton was named to the All Liberty League Second Team, the conference announced Wednesday.

An All Liberty-League Honorable mention as a first-year, Buxton earned a spot on the second team in her sophomore season. Buxton started 31 games this season, batting .350 while leading the Dutchwomen with 36 hits. The sophomore also scored 34 times and drove in 10 runs.

Union more than doubled their win total from last season, finishing with 17 victories as opposed to eight last campaign. The Dutchwomen ended the 2019 season with a 7-7 conference record, which ranked fifth in the Liberty League.
