With the spring sports season canceled at its very beginning (or before it even started, for some Union teams) due to the COVID-19 pandemic, UnionAthletics.com will spend the next few months spotlighting many of the Union seniors whose athletic careers came to a premature end. Previous senior profiles can be viewed by heading to http://www.unionathletics.com/seniorspotlights.

Olivia Zimmerman has been a four-year mainstay in the boat with the Union women's crew team. As a freshman, she rowed in the novice and second varsity boats, helping Union to take home its first-ever Novice 4 victory at the Liberty League Championships in 2017. After moving up to the second varsity boat for her sophomore and junior seasons, Zimmerman started her senior year in the bow seat of the varsity 8 boat, helping Union to a second-place finish at the Head of the Hudson.
