Being a student-athlete has given me great teamwork skills. Working so closely with teammates in lift and practice fostered a sense of family and commitment to each other. As a result, we all worked harder for each other and achieved greater success as a team.

My favorite professor at Union has been Professor William Keat [Professor of Mechanical Engineering]. He is very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. He is always looking out for his students and helping them succeed.

Â
What advice would you give to younger athletes about their time at Union?
My advice to younger athletes is to always work hard and push yourself as hard as you can. Work hard even when nobody is watching and be accountable to yourself and teammates. The harder you work, the more you will help the team and the greater success you will find!
