SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – For the third time in his career, senior captain Tim Driscoll of the Union College football team was named a D3football.com preseason All-American.

Driscoll earned second team honors after previously earning first team honors in the 2020 and 2021 seasons.

The senior was a key part of the offensive line that only allowed six sacks in the 2021 season while rushing for over 175 yards and accumulating more than 355 total yards per game. He allowed only one sack during his two years as a starter on the offensive line.

In 2021, Driscoll was named to the All-Liberty League First Team, D3football.com All-Region Second Team, and All-ECAC Second Team for his efforts on the field. 

The Dutchmen start the 2022 season on the road at Allegheny College. Kick off is slated for 12 p.m. at Frank B. Fuhrer Field.
