SCHENECTADY, N.Y. - After excellent performances in the UNYSCSA Championships this weekend, sophomore Zach Wahl and senior Ian Drillinger have received Liberty League honors. Wahl was named Swimmer of the Week for the fifth time this season, while Drillinger was named Diver of the Week for the seventh time.

Wahl became a two-time UNYSCSA Champion during the four-day long meet, claiming wins in the 100-yard fly and the 200-yard fly. The sophomore crossed the finish line in 50.98 seconds and 1:53.00, respectively. Wahl also took third-place in the 200-yard IM, swimming in at 1:55.97.

Drillinger took second-place in the three-meter board with a score of 529.97. He also earned second-place on the one-meter board, recording a score of 486.10. During the 2011-2012 season, the senior won at least one board in every single competition.

The NCAA Swim Tournament will take place March 21st-24th.
