SCHENECTADY, NY - Junior Adam Herzog earned Capital One All-District First Team honors, as selected by College Sports Information Directors of America District 3 members. Herzog also earned All-District First Team honors in 2012.

Herzog finished the season ranked in the top 30 in the country in the one-mile event. He made the NCAA "B" cut in multiple freestyle events.

He has established multiple personal bests this season including a 500-yard freestyle best: 4:36.12, a 1,000-yard freestyle best: 10:05.88, a 200-yard freestyle best: 1.28.77, and a 1650-yard freestyle best: 16:07.83.

Herzog was also part of the 800-yard freestyle relay team that placed fifth at the UNYSCSA Championships.
