The Saints lost top goaltender Kyle Hayton from last year, and have been playing junior netminder Arthur Brey to start this year. Brey has a .878 save percentage and 3.97 goals-against average through eight games. Leading the Saints up front is Jacob Pritchard who has three goals and four assists.

vs Clarkson
The Dutchmen have a slightly better record against the Golden Knight than against the neighboring Saints, but Clarkson still owns the overall record against Union, 29-25-5. However, Union enters Saturday's contest having won seven of the past 10 meetings with Clarkson.

Scouting the Golden Knights
Clarkson enters the weekend having been swept by Minnesota last weekend in Minneapolis and hold a 4-3-1 record. Friday's contest against RPI will also be the Golden Knights first conference game of the season. In net for the Golden Knights this season has been sophomore Jake Kielly, who was recently named Co-Goalie of the Month by ECAC Hockey. Kielly enters the weekend with a .946 save percentage and a 1.62 goals-against average. The Golden Knights are led on offense by sophomore Sheldon Rempal who has four goals and five assists to star the weekend.
