SCHENECTADY, N.Y. - The Union College swimming & diving teams are excited to announce dates for the Garnet Swim Camp this summer! The one-week session will run from Monday, June 30 to Thursday, July 3 at Union College's Alumni Gym Pool.

Garnet Swim Camp is open to athletes ages 8-18 and provides an opportunity to learn more about your swimming, have fun, and make some swim friends along the way! We emphasizes technique, and teaching athletes how to support themselves mentally in and out of the water!  Any ability level is welcome but it is required that swimmers have competitive experience prior to attending.

CAMP DETAILS
Dates: Monday, June 30 - Thursday, July 3
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Cost: $425 (includes lunch, camp t-shirt, swim cap and sticker)
Location: Alumni Gym Pool, Union College
Equipment Needed: Cap, goggles, swimsuit, towel, water bottle, sunscreen, sneakers, dryland clothes.

9:30-10:30 a.m.	Pool Skills and Drills
11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.	Swim Journaling and Creative Connections
12:00-1:00 p.m.	Lunch at West College (included)
1:00-1:30 p.m.	Visualization and Mental Reset
1:30-2:30 p.m.	Pool Session #2
2:30-3:00 p.m.	Camp Relays, Debrief and Awards
