CLINTON, NY -- Union pulled out a tight win in doubles but lost all singles matches at Hamilton College in an 8-1 defeat Saturday on the Gray Tennis Courts at the Scott Field House. Union is 0-3 on the young season.
The lone victory for the Dutchwomen came at #2 doubles. Junior Roni Brumberger (Scarsdale, NY) and junior Kathleen Rucci (Schenectady, NY) teamed up for their second win of the season. They defeated Ashley Pardoe and Laura Brantley, 8-6.
Union competes at the ITA Tournament on September 21 and 22.
