WILLIAMS, MA – The Union College men's swimming and diving team qualified two divers for NCAA regionals despite dropping a 192-90 decision to Williams College on Saturday.

Seniors
Sam Hoyt and
Matthew Mintz both qualified for the NCAA Regional Championships with the performances in the one and three-meter dives.

In the one-meter, Hoyt took first with a score of 311.63, while Mintz finished second with a score of 292.20. Hoyt and Mintz then finishes first and second again in the three-meter with scores of 328.28 and 294.75, respectively.

On the swimming side,
Owen Perks won the 100-yard back for Union's sole win of the day, taking the event with a time of 55.42.

Junior
Tommy Han took second in the 100 breast, finishing in 1:02.97, just .47 seconds shy of first.

Union will return to the pool on Dec. 6, taking on Indian River State College in Ft. Pierce, FL.
