Kinkaid backstops USA to Bronze at Worlds

COPENHAGEN, Denmark – Former Union College goaltender Keith Kinkaid helped the 2018 U.S. Men's National Team claim bronze with a 4-1 win over Canada at the 2018 IIHF Men's World Championship on Sunday.
 
Kinkaid made 24 saves in the bronze-medal game and was named one of Team USA's best players as selected by the coaches.
 
Over the course of the tournament, Kinkaid played in nine of Team USA's 10 games, recording two shutouts, a .912 save percentage and a 2.29 goals-against average. He was also named the United States' Player of the Game after a shootout win over Canada to open the tournament on May 4.
