After falling in the semifinals, she rebounded for an 8-5 win over Nichols' Megan Nathanson in the third-place match. On the other side of the bracket, classmate Marilena Karadimou lost her first match to eventual champion Sanjana Surapeneni of RPI, but came back with two consolation wins on Saturday to take fifth place.

Junior Cathy Xing placed seventh in the bracket as well for Union.

Pezzuco and Karadimou placed fourth in the "A" doubles bracket, defeating a Nichols tandem by an 8-7 (7-3) score in the first round before falling to the eventual champions from RPI in a 10-8 tiebreaker. The Dutchwomen tandem of Brown and Brown made the consolation finals in the bracket before settling for sixth place.

One Union entry earned a win in the "B" doubles bracket, with Riseborough and sophomore Dana D'Onofrio posting an 8-7 (7-3) win over a Holy Cross pairing.
