SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – The Union College men's and women's track & field teams were recognized by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for the accomplishments in the classroom this season, with both squads earning USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors for the 2022-23 school year.
 
To be eligible for All-Academic Team recognition, teams must have a cumulative GPA of 3.10 or higher for the most recent term, using the GPA of all student-athletes who used a season of eligibility during the season. The women's team finished the school year with a cumulative team GPA of 3.34 and the men's ended the season with a team GPA of 3.17.
 
Both teams earned the honor for the second straight season and the third time in the last four years. The men were one of 158 Division III teams to earn the honor, while the women were one of 218 Division III squads to be recognized.
