Bill recorded the most wins of any men’s basketball coach in Union College history. He posted 315 victories from the 1973-74 season through the 1994-95 season. He led Union to 11 post-season men’s basketball tournaments In the 1973-74 and 1982-83 seasons, Bill was named the New York State Coach of the Year. He served the Union Athletic Department as an Associate Athletic Director from 2000 to his retirement in 2008. He also served as Director of Intramurals, Recreation and Physical Education, and was the Head Men’s & Women’s Tennis Coach from 1996 through 1999. Bill was a member of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Rules Committee, from 1988 through 1994.
