Molly Flanagan is one of the greatest female athletes to ever play at Union. A tremendous student-athlete in both lacrosse and soccer, she collected four All-America honors in lacrosse and two regional All-America nods in soccer. The lacrosse program was 53-16 during her four years, earning two NCAA tournament berths and the sport's first NCAA victory in school history in her freshman year. The team won the Liberty League Championship during her senior season as she was named the league and ECAC Player of the Year. The soccer team went 65-11-6 during her four seasons, making two NCAA appearances during that span. Flanagan graduated as the career point leader in lacrosse history and now sits second with 294 career points. She also spent one season on the ice with the Dutchwomen as a sophomore, posting 14 goals and 15 assists for 29 points.
